Free Dungeon Battle Tile 1 – The Crypt
“That was one of the worst rooms I ever had to go into. Not only where there coffins and idols but what was left of a previous intruder was lying on the floor in the form of a skeleton. Sure, there was some obvious treasure in the room but based on the bloody floor in front of the treasure it was not going to be easy to get it. The worst thing was the open coffin that was empty. I spent the rest of the adventure jumping at shadows, hearing strange noises and trying keeping an eye out for whatever got out of that coffin hoping I could see it before it could make a skeleton out of me.” Ardek the Dwarf.
This free Dungeon Battle Tile will give you an idea of what this product is like.
There are a total of four coffins in the room with one of them open and empty. Whether the former occupant of the empty coffin is encountered in this room or some other part of the dungeon is up to the GM. There are also two stone idols in this room which the GM could also have them animate as guardians to protect the Crypt if desired. There is a skeleton lying on the floor in the room that could be what is left of a previous grave robber (the GM could also have the skeleton animate and attack as well). There is also a stone table which has a weapon, a scroll and a locked (an possibly trapped) chest that might contain all sorts of gems, coins or other items. And there is also some blood located in front of the table that could have possibly been from another grave robber.
